Over the past few years, I’ve fallen off the workout wagon.  I’ve tried a few local gyms, but there were no classes available, I was getting bored with my workouts, and couldn’t get myself to go regularly.  Two months ago, my friend and I tried Treadfit in Lemont.   After the first class, I was hooked!  The instructors are so motivating, and they help push me to work harder than I could ever do on my own. The music is fun and energizing, and the workouts fly by. I look forward to each class and leave there feeling accomplished every time.  In just a couple of months I’m already feeling stronger and healthier, both physically and mentally, and I absolutely love it!
