I started coming to Treadfit Lemont the week it opened in 2023. After having 2 kids in the last 4 years and working from home I was ready to not only get out of the house but start feeling like myself again! Treadfit Lemont has been one of the biggest blessings the last few months. I am a better wife, mother and friend when I take the time for myself and go to the classes. The instructors are so motivating and encouraging. The classes go by quick with the fast pace and challenging intervals. I love the mix between strength and treads and that every class is different. I just completed my first challenge and can’t wait for the months to come!
