I can’t speak highly enough about Treadfit! From the moment I first heard about it, I knew I had to give it a try. I attended their first ever Lemont class, and it quickly became an essential part of my fitness routine. I was instantly hooked! The sessions are a perfect fusion of treadmill-based cardio and high-intensity interval training, and they fly by. The workouts change daily and are designed to keep you both engaged and challenged, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to fitness.

What really sets Treadfit apart is its amazing community and the incredibly motivating trainers who are genuinely invested in your progress. Every class strikes the perfect balance between intensity and encouragement, pushing you to exceed your limits while ensuring you feel supported throughout. The friendship among participants is fantastic, and the energy in each class is always high.

Since I started with Treadfit, I’ve noticed significant gains in my endurance, strength, and overall fitness. The positive and energetic atmosphere makes each workout something I eagerly anticipate, I even became a 6am girlie, which I never in a million years thought would happen.
