I’m thrilled to share my experience with Treadfit Lemont. I eagerly awaited the opening of the Lemont location, and from the very first class, I was hooked. While my favorite is the Strength class, I’ve also realized a significant improvement in my running with the traditional Treadfit classes. What truly sets Treadfit apart is their commitment to respecting all fitness levels. Whether you walk, jog, run, lift heavy, or use body weight, every workout is tailored to be effective, ensuring you always leave feeling better than when you arrived. The instructors are not only creative with their workouts, keeping them fresh and engaging, but they also bring a positive energy to each session. I can’t imagine my routine without Treadfit. I even got my sister and husband to join, and they, too, look forward to every class. Treadfit has truly become an integral part of our lives.
