Karli:

“I’ll admit I was nervous walking into Treadfit for the first time, especially at 60 years old with a knee replacement.  Even though I’ve been to gyms before, trying somewhere new comes with a few nerves. Karli encouraged me to sign up for the 7 day free trial and I’m so glad she did.  The instructors welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. They take the time to offer modifications and check in, which gave me the confidence to move at my own pace without feeling pressured.

The variety of workouts each instructor brings keeps things fresh and engaging so I never get bored.  The studio offers such a positive atmosphere no matter what your age or work out level is. 

I babysit my grandkids, so staying active and healthy is important to me. Each class leaves me feeling stronger, more energized and honestly a little younger.  Going with Karli gives us time without the kids to talk and encourage each other.
