“I tried Treadfit for the first time last year and was hooked after my first class. It’s been such a good balance for me, a mix of strength and endurance training. Weight training classes have become one of my favorites, and honestly I never thought I’d say that. I’m usually the last one coming through the door for those early morning classes, but they really set the tone for my whole day!

All the instructors are amazing, and their classes are both challenging and unique which keeps things interesting. They all have a way of motivating you to push a little harder and lift heavier. There is so much support and positive energy in every class, and overall a great sense of community. Treadfit Lemont is honestly the best!”
