“Treadfit was exactly what I needed. I have always worked out and have tried so many different things. Treadfit offers me a challenging class with the option to tailor it based on my needs for the day. Some days I am running  on the treadmill and some days my body says “we need to walk”. What I love is that I’m always moving. The weight training is incredible! I feel stronger and healthier than ever. The instructors are what make it! From their music selection, to exercise direction, it is always motivating to be in a class. You know it’s a good class when you don’t watch the clock! The variety keeps me coming back, classes are similar but just different enough to make you want to return. I also love that there are classes that just focus on weight training.   I am so happy that Treadfit is in Lemont!”
