“I tried Treadfit, expecting I wouldn’t enjoy it since I’m not a runner and have always preferred spin classes to running on a treadmill. However, I was wrong. I was hooked from my first class, and I have consistently attended Treadfit a few times a week for the past year. With each session, I feel stronger and healthier, leaving every class with a sense of accomplishment. I love that every workout is different and that Treadfit provides a comfortable environment where people of all ages and fitness levels can work out together, accompanied by great music in a positive atmosphere. The monthly challenges have pushed me out of my comfort zone, offering extra motivation to attend classes more frequently and achieve my health goals.

Recently, I introduced my teenage daughter to TreadFit since she has expressed interest in trying it after observing my journey this past year. I’m thrilled that we’ve found an activity we enjoy doing together, which will also help her build strength and endurance for her athletics.

I highly recommend anyone seeking a change in their fitness plan to give Treadfit a try!”
