Let me start with I LOVE TREADFIT! Treadfit Lemont has truly transformed my fitness journey! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the supportive community. The instructors are incredibly motivating and knowledgeable, ensuring each workout is both challenging and rewarding.

I’ve seen amazing results since joining Treadfit – not only have I become stronger and more toned, but my overall endurance and energy levels have skyrocketed. The diverse range of workouts keeps things exciting and ensures that I never hit a plateau. I’ve been going to studio-based workouts for years and I have to say I’m seeing the most results with this method. The Jumpstart Program helped me make sustainable changes in diet that are also contributing to my results.

Treadfit Lemont isn’t just a gym; it’s a team of people that pushes me to be my best self. I can’t recommend it enough!
