Since Covid hit I hadn’t been exercising on a regular basis. I was tired all the time, feeling physically fragile, and my balance was declining. I’ve been doing Treadfit consistently for two months and, it sounds so cliché, but I feel like a different person. I have so much more energy, feel strong, and my balance is better all the time. My clothes fit better, and I feel more confident in my ability to stay healthy into an older age. At almost 58 I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to do it, and that I wouldn’t ever feel fit again.

The workout is tough, but it goes so quickly that you don’t even mind. Just about the time you think you can’t do it the moves switch up, and you’re right back in it. The music keeps you going, and you leave feeling accomplished and powerful.

Thank you to all the instructors. I’m going to keep coming back!
